AA Inspector's Report 2009

The 2009 Inspector’s Report reads as follows:

"Constant improvements continue to be made at Hazelmere with all areas neatly presented and offering a good level of quality and comfort to guests. The exterior creates a positive first impression with clear signage and attractive planting. The attractive bedrooms are well equipped with new bedding. The upgrading of televisions has also lifted the standards. The dining room is very pleasant and again further improvements have been made in this area since the last visit with new linen and table mats (as well as being of good quality they add humour and are a talking point). Finally cleanliness was observed to be of a high standard throughout all areas of the house."

AA Inspector's Report 2008

The 2008 Inspector’s Report reads as follows:

"A positive visit, the Jones’s are clearly dedicated to constantly improving all round standards. This year’s day visit focused on the physical quality and maintenance of Hazelmere and to reflect any significant changes that have taken place since our last inspection.

It was good to see the result of recent investment, new fully tiled en-suites (all are now at a high consistent standard), bedroom seating, headboards, furniture (single room 4), bedroom upgraded room 5, new bottled toiletries. All bedrooms are immaculately maintained, reconfiguring the furniture in the small double is encouraged to provide a bedside facility at each side of the bed and a dressing table facility, as discussed.

Housekeeping continues to reflect attention to detail and Mrs Jones has to be commended for her crisp home laundered bedding. Even on this day visit the Jones’s natural approach to hospitality was very evident, it is no wonder that the house is so popular with returning guests. The Four Star “Guest Accommodation” grading will once again be recommended."
