Hazelmere has six en-suite guest bedrooms all decorated to the highest standards. They offer beautiful views towards Keswick and the surrounding fells, and have comfortable beds, fluffy towels and the following amenities:

Room 2 - A spacious en-suite room with a double bed and a single bed which can be used as a double, twin or a family room. We can also add an extra put-you-up bed for parents with two children. This room is at the back of the house and looks out towards Skiddaw. The garden provides good hunting for a few owls and bats can be seen darting amongst the trees below Vicarage Hill. We have seen red deer in the field at the back of the house, and sparrow hawks chasing pigeons, you may even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the ospreys during the summer!

Room 3 - A large double en-suite bedroom with easy chairs in the bay window for guests to enjoy the views across the River Greta and towards Borrowdale. We have bird feeders in the front garden with a huge variety of birds visiting regularly. Goosanders, mergansers, dippers and a heron can often be seen on the river and you can watch tree creepers on the trunks of the trees of the river bank. At times you can see a stoat playing in the water.

Room 4 - This single en-suite room is fresh and bright, clean and comfortable. It has a power shower in the en-suite. The room has views over the River Greta and East towards Cat Bells and Borrowdale. Again the wildlife described in room 3 can be seen from the window.

Room 5 - This double bedroom has a recently refurbished en-suite with the luxury of a bath with power shower over it. As this room is on the top floor it has a wonderful panoramic view West of the Skiddaw Range. The TV also has a video player and there are a selection of videos of the local area for you to relax and enjoy. Room 5 has a similar view of Skiddaw and the wildlife that you can see from room 2.

Room 6 - A double en-suite bedroom with a 4 poster bed. The room was completely redecorated for the 2008 season and has a recently refurbished en-suite. As it is on the top floor the room has a good view of Cat Bells and Newlands – and of course all the water birds described for room 3 can also be seen.

Room 7 - A smaller double en-suite room so slightly cheaper than the others, but what it lacks in size it makes up for by having probably the best view in the house - lovely panoramic mountain views towards Borrowdale, Cat Bells and Newlands. Again the River Greta is in the foreground with its wealth of wildlife. Room 7 has a luxurious, newly designed en-suite with a double shower cubicle and a power shower.
